What this service is

Medcontra is contract and credentialing software for healthcare provider organisations, and we are the vendor: a free worksheet that abstracts an agreement into its dates and workload from figures you enter, and a paid record that keeps those abstracts and the practitioner credential files beside them.

How we are paid

Medcontra Pro is a monthly subscription at $29 per month for the whole organisation, and you pay us: Ellul Solutions Ltd, the entity named on your invoice. It keeps your agreements, abstracts, renewal dates and credential files, brands them and exports them.

Online payments. When you connect your own Stripe account and take a payment through a pay link, Medcontra charges a platform fee of 1% of that payment, in addition to Stripe's own processing fee. Stripe deducts both from the payment before it is paid out to you; Medcontra never holds your customers' money. The rate that applies is the one shown in your account on the day the pay link is created, and a change to it applies only to links created afterwards.

No warranty

The worksheet computes from the figures you enter and plain arithmetic; it is a paperwork tool, not legal advice, a rate benchmark or a compliance opinion, and the decision to renew, renegotiate or terminate an agreement remains yours and your counsel's.
